It occurred to me today, when stumbling across the Blogathon once again, that I haven’t updated this in approximately forever. Again.
As anyone who’s known me for a while will surely know, this happens often. The only unusual thing is that this time it’s not entirely through lack of anything interesting happening in my life. I’ve actually been surprisingly busy. Still not much worth blogging about, but still…
Anyway. I don’t know whether I’ll be doing the Blogathon, but I’ve been a monitor on the last couple so I might sign up for that again if I’m not too busy. As for what’s going to happen with this blog… I don’t know. It’s pretty clear by now that I don’t have the attention span to maintain a blog, so there’s two solutions as I see it. I could abandon it entirely and write the whole lot off, or I could come up with a schtick and, er, schtick to it. I don’t think I have the energy for the latter, so I think I know which it’ll be. I guess we’ll see.
So, I’m back at my parents’ place, visiting for the weekend ‘cos it’s my dad’s birthday.
That’s all well and good, but it’s taught me one thing: this site doesn’t display well on smaller screens. Specifically, the title extended underneath the menu thing. Bah. Guess that means a redesign when I’m back at my own computer. Or just stick with a shorter title.
I’m just rambling really. Too tired. Bed.
Hm.
A lot has gone on to stop me blogging this past week or so. For example, a drinking session that resulted in a trip to hospital, of which I have no memory. Actually, that’s about all that’s happened. The rest of the time was recovering from that. I’m now teetotal… again.
The software update went smoothly. That’s a bonus.
Going home for the weekend tomorrow, ’tis my dad’s birthday on Saturday. Also, dark chocolate-coated coffee beans are officially humanity’s greatest achievement. Wooooo.
So, London is covered in a thick blanket of snow. Of course, this required my friends and I to go out and make tits of ourselves while freezing half to death. Great fun was had by all, shame it doesn’t snow more often really.
There’ll be videos of the most ridiculous bits appearing soon on YouTube, maybe I’ll even embed them here for giggles. Or maybe not - the videos I took were rubbish because I was shaking with cold, running around, throwing things and generally being a pillock. The sound on the videos, however, is brilliant. Maybe I’ll just rip the sound and embed that instead.

This blog has been shit (read: abandoned) for quite a long time now. So long, in fact, that I couldn’t remember my password and had to request a reminder. Sigh. Anyway, I’ve pulled my old trick of removing all the old entries, anyone that’s ever followed one of my blogs will know that I do this fairly regularly when I re-read my old ramblings and cringe so hard I’m in danger of cringing myself to death.
Hopefully I’m gonna get back to it at some point over the next couple of weeks in the name of distracting myself from the degree coursework that I’ve no intention of actually doing. Also, there’ll be a software update at some point, I’ve been putting that off for approximately forever now.
